I know it. I told people that farming out customer service to india was not going to go over well for some people. And look here.

Dell is indeed having some troubles based on "cultural and time" differences. HA! but what will poor Raj do? I heard he got a job helping the poor American schmucks who were dumb enough to buy a Dell.

This New York times article on the recent Mass. ruling regarding gay marriage interests me. So many people say nope, shouldn't be done cause its against my religion. Since when can we make legal decisions based on religion. What happened to separation of church and state. Even politicians make this argument. If one apposes this, well so be it. But shouldn't they come up with an argument that is a bit more consititutional.

This is a great article about iTunes. See iTunes allows you to stream music across a network when plugged into one. When I go to school and open iTunes I can see 3 or 4 people's music. If I click on a song is streams it from their computer to my speakers. The song is not transfered.

Well the article talks how this is changing life at colleges. A funny and good read.

Staci & I had Chris over for dinner last night. It was a nice affair. Unfortunately, we did not get to see his head shots- which was the whole point. Technical difficulties. The three of us also went to the new Mall which features a Pottery Barn, William Sonoma, and yet unopened Apple Stores and a Crate & Barrel. Oh and they have a great new gourmet grocery store. I must say, with the current weather Tucson is getting better and better. We also tested an ear candle sans ear. Indeed the yucky crap must be ear wax because there was none present after trying to ear wax a beer bottle.
