Keeping busy in Merced

Staci & I have been trying to keep ourselves busy at night here in exciting Merced. We went to the county fair, San Francisco, and even did some chores in formal attire. I am sure you all can't wait to come visit this excitment.

The "New" Bathroom

The Times has an article on the latest in fancy his/her bathrooms. Its outrageous. One coupld had a 25x18 foot masterbath. Many have fridges, lounge areas.... etc. But the real gems from the article are some of the quotes, like this one: “I introduced my wife to the concept of meals in the tub,” Mr. Meier said. Meals in the tub!? You know these people have a huge kitchen and diningroom if they have a 400 square foot bath. Plus as Staci said, "Eat where you poo?" The article can be seen here.

Spa?

So many of you may know the new house has a greenhouse in the back yard. Debate has ensued over what can be done with it. Interestly few people have actually suggested growing things. The picture on the left imagines one of the more creative ideas that have been suggested. That idea is to make a massage/spa out of it. As the picture shows I imagine Jim would enjoy it. Unpacked

We have arrived in Merced and unpacked. We arrived July 1- stuff on July 6th. Today on the 8th we have all in order plus a couple of new paint colors in certain rooms. Not as fast as Jim but not bad... Pictures can be found here.
