As you can see I also have created a movie from the Christmas Party. It may be permanently found under the yellow movie tab.$BlogItemBody$>

Its been a great couple of weeks. First we had the Christmas Part 1 for Staci's ushers. It was a lot of fun. I most liked all the compliments we got on the apartment from Staci's volunteers.
Wednesday we had the Christmas Party 2 for friends and Econ. people. That too was a great success. I was most excited that my advisor Price came.
But I am blogging to reccommend a movie Staci and I saw last night- Ocean's 12. Excellent, 5 Star! Now it was not quite as a good as the first that was also 5 Star. But this one takes place in Europe which gives it an instant free star. The movie made me a bot sad. I want to live all cool and chique like Brad Pitt. Do you think its hard to get into the theft field? Does anyone thing knowledge of economics could help?
Anyhow, Happy Holidays to all and go see Ocean's 12.
Oh and under movies above you can see a short film from the Christmas Party 2. Plus under the personal section you can find pictures from both Christmas Parties 1 & 2.$BlogItemBody$>

Came across this in the news. Appearantly Spencer Tunick was in Cleveland. He is the guy that gets a bunch of people to strip and be photographed en masse. I rather like his work. This shot of Cleveland is particularly neat. But he did it just a few weeks ago. That must have been cold. The poor guys and the shrinkage.$BlogItemBody$>

So, I don't want to bump the Thanksgiving blog over because I want the conversation to continue there, but I have to post this quote because I highlighted and copied it and if I don't paste it here, I'll lose it and never find it again.
The professor supervising my student teaching emailed me with some stuff and I noticed his signiture line for the first time. It's the following quote:
"The surest way to corrupt a youth is to instruct him/her to hold in higher regard those who think alike than those who think differently." -Nietzsche
Comments?
I'll go first. This professor is in the business of preparing educators to teach. It could be some froo-froo quote about the importance of teaching. It could say "It takes a village..." it could say "Music has the ability to reach those that blah blah blah." Instead, it is saying that it is everyone's job, not just the educators, to make sure that a child is not taught bias, bigotry, etc.
This is the professor that, when we were talking about jobs out of town, asked me if I had a partner that would be willing to move. He's with it. He's cool.
