I have a question/advice for my readers.

A friend has been offered a job. It pays better than his current job but is at a small (20 or so) sized firm. My friend is gay and his current employer (a large corp.) has nice gay benefits acceptance etc. Should he worry about the acceptance issue at this new place when considering the job. Another friend has suggested he tell the employer who made the job offer he is gay and ask if this will be a problem.

What do you think my friend, lets call him Gouda, should do? Should he tell the potential employer? Should he just keep the current job?

This is an excellent commercial that won a contest put on by the website moveon.org. But CBS has said they will not run it during the superbowl.
