Staci goes East!

Staci went to Washington D.C. to visit Chuck recently. She also got to see Wingert there and made a trip to Cleveland.

Pictures from the trip can be found here.

Gas Boycot?

Todd, I have an economic question regarding gas prices. The raising gas prices have been in the news for years now, it seems and no one seems all that pissed about it. How high to gas prices have to get before people get actually pissed off and make a fuss instead of just rolling their eyes and talk about it at the water cooler.

Anyway, the economics part - if everyone in the country boycotted gas on a single day, say Sep. 1st (or even better, Sep. 11th) what affect would it have? Any? Now, this is unrealistic, I realize. So what percentage of people would I need for my boycot to make a splash? What would 25% of the nation do? What if I could get 60% of people to boycott? 90%?

A Party Gone Wrong

Ok the party didn't really go wrong. It just got a bit out of control.

It all started as a quiet day. Then Patrick called saying Kimmie had never had a Martini and we should have them over for some Martinis. Never being one to turn down a chance to drink martinis I quickly invited some other people, got some more booze and a few munchies. Patrick, Kimmie, and Mike arrived around 9:30pm. Todd & Mark were in attendance as well. Though no pictures are found of them as they left around 11pm. It was after that that things got a little wild.

More pictures from the night can be found here.
