Why do things happen?

I seek answers from readers. all opinions are welcome but please try to avoid the how. I other words why is the sun set so beautiful? Saying its because the molecules in the atmosphere when hit at a low angle by light emit red colors is HOW a sunset is beautiful. But this discussion seeks to discuss why sunsets happen as well as anything else.

I have been working on a new "switch" page. For those not familiar... Apple has started an ad campaign featuring people who have switched from Windows PC's to Macs. They are good ads, but also good material for poking fun.

I created a spoof on the Switch commercials and Apple's original Think different ad. Since then I have found a number of other Spoofs. Consiquently I have created a Switch page to feature all of this. Let me know what you think.

Perhaps there is a god. i am house sitting again this weekend. Not only does this mean air conditioning, a pool, and all the Star Trek TNG that a man could ask for... It means 50 bucks too. Giddy up!

I encountered a serious problem tonight. I was making margaritas and could not make ice fast enough to keep up with my drinking... what does that mean?

I have been house sitting for the last week or so and the fun is about to end. Instead of afternoons by the pool and nights in airconditioning watching TNN Star Trek reruns... we are back to the heat and humidity of the swamp cooler. yeah!

I have said this before. But it seems now we have some empirical support: Mac users are smarter, richer, and well... just better than window users.

For the record, Staci is none of the naked people on this web page. Seems many readers were under this impression. Alas you will notice the furniture is far too nice in most pictures to be ours.

I started teaching this week. Its a lot of work the first time. I need to prepare a new lesson every day. I would like to take my hat off to all those teachers and professors out there who have been doing this for years. keep up the good work.

A couple of weeks back I wrote a blog about circumcision at the request of a friend. There were few comments and so I deleted it. Well Since then I get between 5-10 hits per day of people who searched google or Yahoo for info on circumcision. Folks this is a hot topic.

So again I solicit comments on the topic. Specifically- what is it like to not be circumcised? And does anyone roll up the skin to desensitize it before sex?
